GLC is seeking a Hardscape Construction Foreman at a $28.00 per hour starting range with the potential for additional pay through generous production bonuses & career advancement. We’re looking for reliable and hard-working applicants who are at least 18 years old and interested in joining a camaraderie-focused company with learning and growth opportunities including continuing education options and company-sponsored industry certifications.
If you have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in landscaping or hardscaping installations, such as installation of brick pavers and retaining walls, setting proper grade/pitch, experience operating landscape construction equipment, a valid driver's license plus a good attitude with experience leading others, you may be the perfect fit to become part of our team.
In this role, you will:
Engage in an exciting collaborative workplace and fast-paced environment.
Operate heavy equipment and company vehicles on a regular basis in a safe and responsible manner.
Work with a team to properly install outdoor living spaces such as brick paver patios, outdoor kitchens and more.
Maintain a flexible Monday through Friday schedule with the opportunity for additional weekend hours.
